That’s fine too. We’ll be happy to select materials, design the packaging and create a solution which ensures the final product arrives in perfect condition. Our R&D team will study your design and offer advice designed to save you time and money. Drawing on our years of experience, if we see a way of improving the design, we’ll let you know right away. We use CAD-CAM software to integrate the design of the component and its component parts. This way, we can simulate the manufacturing process before it starts, identifying ways to optimise costs and reduce production times.

We buy a lot of aluminium. We talk to suppliers every day. Leverage our experience and economies of scale by letting us procure the raw materials for you.

If you are unsure which surface treatment is right for your job, our experts will guide you through the process of selecting the right one, advising you on how your choice affects the texture, colour, resistance and dimensions of the component. We then apply the right finish for the job, whether it’s a machined finish or a treatment such as hard anodizing, technical anodizing, lacquering, cataphoretic coating, ceramic coverings or some other special application.

If you need complex, high-specification components and approach an extruder, the extruder will typically lack the equipment, experience and expertise to get the job done. So come directly to TECMA.
