We are very proud that a representative from TECMA’s team took part in a roundtable organized by PIMEC, where we shared our success story in the digitalization of the People & Culture department.

During the session, we explained the transformation process we have carried out thanks to the implementation of Factorial, a tool that has allowed us to centralize people management, automate administrative processes, improve internal communication, and access real-time information for more efficient decision-making.

Beyond technology, this digitalization has represented an evolution in the way we manage talent and support people within the organization, bringing greater agility, transparency, and value to both the team and the company.
