Tecma has evolved rapidly to be the go-to one-stop-shop provider of top-quality aluminium components for a growing roster of demanding clients worldwide. Quite a journey for a company founded as recently as 2006! The constant innovation, investment and improvement involved has been driven in large part by the women of Tecma, who account for 53% of the company’s total workforce.

Tecma’s women work on the factory floor, in the design/technical office and in commercial and back-office roles. All of them play a vital role as the business strives to exceed its clients’ expectations.

It was only right, then, that the team celebrated International Women’s Day 2024 on March 8th by talking a well-earned break from another busy production day and enjoying breakfast treats in the factory.
